*Last thing as an example: My computer has 3 displays (one a dummy but that doesn't really matter. I found out that if you turn off your primary (regularly used) monitor and set the Moonlight monitor to your primary display it will default back to your regularly used monitor as primary display. have the cursor display in menus and most importantly inventory.) Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind.Īfter all that when you play D2R through Moonlight you have to set the Moonlight monitor as your primary display for the Gamepad to work correctly (eg. This happened to me last night and I had to go through the launcher to update it. One thing to keep in mind though is that it won't update D2R if an update is available. I used the "D2R.exe" for Moonlight, not the "Diablo II Resurrected Launcher.exe" that will bypass the launcher. The following is Diablo II Resurrected Specific info: Now Moonlight should be using the correct monitor. Once it's restarted you can plug the other two monitors in so you can go back to using you PC as you normally do. Once you do that you unplug all displays but the one you want Moonlight to be using and restart you PC. (The Guide says all this but this is the next step) (Just so you don't think I'm messing with your computer the guide I found was here ) Once there you have to go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control ->GraphicsDrivers -> Configuration and delete everything in there. It'll ask for Administrative Permission since altering stuff in it can cause problems with Windows if you delete or alter the wrong thing. You have to go into Registry Editor and delete some stuff. I had trouble getting Moonlight to use a specific monitor but I found a solution for that. The quality seems better to me for the most part. I prefer Moonlight for streaming games mostly. I use the dummy display for Moonlight and streaming whatever else to my phone (Steam Link, etc.). Okay so I have two monitors and a dummy plug (third display with no physical display).
